Northcote Green is the redevelopment of two strata titles within the ageing Northcote Plaza shopping complex, set to be transformed into a new mixed-use town centre. In late 2021 LAS Group sold its interests in this project to a Build to Rent Developer.
One Wellington

One Wellington is a landmark 252-apartment project in the heart of St Kilda. In 2021, LAS Group transferred its interests in the site to a Build to Rent fund.
The Fawkner

Completed in 2017, The Fawkner Residences is another project by LAS Group and Qualitas; the $300-million repositioning of a 19-level former office building along Melbourne’s famed St Kilda Road Boulevard.

Guild Apartments is a mixed-use project that brings 317 architecturally designed apartments, retail, as well as five art incubators – exhibition spaces that allow emerging creatives to showcase their work – to Southbank in Melbourne’s CBD.
